Environmental protection included
Join us in taking a big step towards carbon neutrality!
By combining heat, electricity, and cooling, primary energy consumption and thus CO2 emissions can be reduced by up to 40%. Your properties thus exceed current environmental protection regulations, allowing you to face future challenges with confidence.
Example calculation
The following two use cases give you an initial impression of how your costs will change if you choose CHP contracting with us. We have calculated realistic figures using our simulation method based on completed projects.
Owner-occupied property
- Use case: For example, you operate a production facility or a hospital and could use the electricity from a CHP plant yourself.
- Your annual electricity costs can be significantly reduced - by up to 30%!
- If your existing energy center needs to be replaced due to its age or legal requirements, you will also save on investment costs.
- Your realistic and immediate savings will be realized as soon as the CHP unit is commissioned on-site. We switch the system on – and you start saving immediately.
- We take care of planning, implementation, maintenance and repair.
Rented property
- Use case: You own a property that you sublet – for example, a residential complex, an office building, or a commercial property – and you need a new heating system – due to legal requirements, age, or because you want to build a new one.
- The effort required to implement a new energy supply system on your own is too much for you. Just consider the investment costs or the effort involved in commissioning a third party to plan the project. We take care of the planning, implementation, maintenance, repairs, and the delivery of heat to your tenants. With the new CHP system, you'll also comply with the requirements of the Renewable Energy Heat Act without any additional expense.
- If desired, your tenants can also benefit: electricity can be obtained cost-effectively from the CHP plant.
The quality seal for manufacturers of CHP plants
We were among the first, and still among the few, whose plants are entitled to carry the coveted "Blue Energy" certificate from the Bundesverband Kraft-Wärme-Kopplung e. V. (B.KWK).
The certificate specifically identifies combined heat and power plants that generate electricity and heat highly efficiently and reliably, do not use any coal or nuclear power to generate electricity, and comply with the EU Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU.
Blue energy describes an energy mix that combines the best of both worlds: green energy (wind, solar or biomass) and so-called grey energy (fossil and nuclear).
